The Redevelopment Process

Redevelopment process: 1 Proposal, 2 Letter of Intent, 3 MOU, 4 Plan Finalization, 5 Development Agreement, 6 Plan Sanction Process, 7 Shifting and Demolition, 8 Bhumi Pujan

    Proposal

    We study your building and plot, then share a clear proposal with the committee.

  2. 02
    Letter of Intent

    Once the society agrees in principle, both sides record the intent in writing.

  3. 03
    MOU

    The key terms are set down in a memorandum everyone can read and review.

  4. 04
    Plan Finalization

    Layouts are finalised with members’ inputs, so each family knows what their new home will look like.

  5. 05
    Development Agreement

    The formal agreement is signed and registered, covering every commitment in detail.

  6. 06
    Plan Sanction Process

    We take the plans through approval with the Pune Municipal Corporation.

  7. 07
    Shifting & Demolition

    Members move to their temporary homes and the old structure is carefully taken down.

  8. 08
    Bhumi Pujan

    Construction begins with a Bhumi Pujan, and the new building starts to rise.
